1/4 lb smoked marlin (the cube kind, make sure itʻs moist enough to flake into small pieces)
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp mayo
2 tsp Worcesteshire sauce
Pinch of Cayenne
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tsp white pepper
juice of quarter lemon
1 tbsp of thinly sliced green onions
Shred the smoked fish. I made mine with smoked Marlin from Times supermarket. Shred the chunks of fish. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Sometimes when Iʻm inspired I zest the lemon and I add more cayenne because I like it with a kick. This is a great dip to bring as pupus for party it’s also onolish in a sandwich or wrap. I love it in a wrap with some avocado, arugula, and tomatoes!
